RomiFinds provides an online marketplace that connects buyers with independent vendors. Unless stated otherwise, vendors are responsible for their products, pricing, fulfillment, and customer communications related to their store.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
4. Orders and payments
When you place an order, you agree to pay the listed price, applicable fees, and delivery charges. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Order acceptance and fulfillment are subject to vendor availability and platform policies.
5. Vendor obligations
Vendors agree to:
- List accurate product descriptions, prices, and stock availability.
- Fulfill orders promptly and communicate delays when necessary.
- Comply with consumer protection, tax, and other applicable laws.
- Not sell prohibited, illegal, counterfeit, or unsafe goods.
6. Prohibited use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, scrape data without permission, or use RomiFinds for fraudulent activity.
7. Intellectual property
RomiFinds branding, software, and platform content are owned by us or our licensors. Vendors retain ownership of their own store content subject to the license needed to operate the marketplace.
8. Disclaimers
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RomiFinds is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
